  • Výrazné navýšení ceny při rezervaci přes jiný portál, způsob rezervace pro dvě nezávislé osoby, které chtějí bydlet spolu - A osoba rezervuje a napíše, že chce bydlet s osobou B, B osoba zarezervuje pokoj a napíše, že chce bydlet s osobou A, pro mne nepochopitelně rezervovány 2 pokoje

  • Moji přátelé z Německa, kteří u vás byli ubytováni, si ubytování, služby i snídaně moc chválili, byli oba velmi spokojení.

  • Bohužel při jejich odjezdu v sobotu se porouchal výtah, a to byl pro ně trošku problém. Naštěstí do odjezdu vlaku bylo dost času, tak to oba statečně zvládli.

  • Dobrý den, nerada píši takto špatnou recenzi, ale ve Vašem hotelu se mi opravdu nelíbilo. Nejprve celkem nepříjemná paní na recepci, pak příchod na pokoj, kde mě vyděsila postel, protože byla tak tvrdá, že mě i po pár dnech vše bolí a třešničkou na dortu bylo to, že večer ani ráno netekla teplá voda. Možná byste měli začít něco se svými službami dělat.
